This formula will give plants enhanced moisture content for longer duration in between feeding and more pumice stones to help anchor large plants. ReadyGro Moisture Formula is ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments. Be assured that ReadyGro Moisture Formula will not waterlog plants even if the plants sit in 1 to 2 inches of standing water. |
ReadyGro AERATION FORMULA (4 to 6 waterings daily) is specifically designed for automated hydrogardens and self-watering planters with small to midsize plants. This blend is lighter and contains higher air content than the moisture formula. It is virtually impossible to over water plants with this formula. Plants can also site in ReadyGro™ with 1 to 2 inches of water and through the process of capillary feeding, hydrate & feed as needed.. |
| COCOGRO ™ |
American Agritech has sourced the world ’s most premium coir fiber. COCOGRO ™ has a very low salt content that is available in 34 ”double-sieved long fibers to reduce dust and give ample space within the mix. COCOGRO ™ has excellent drainage properties and can be used over a longer period of time than coir fiber with shorter fibers. With longer fibers and reduced dust, growers will experience an optimal air to water ratio, which is vital for strong root development. COCOGRO ™ is unique because it is not chemically treated like other coir fibers on the market. COCOGRO ™ is a superior coir fiber because it is aged a minimum of 18 months and has finished its decomposition stage. In addition, COCOGRO ™ is exposed to rain water from at least three monsoon seasons, which naturally washes away harmful salts out of the final product. Most other coir fibers are only 4 to 5 months old and have excessive potassium and salts and thus have to be chemically treated. |
| Coco coir contains a natural source of rooting hormones, helps protect against root diseases, and successfully supports plants' structures. Similar in appearance to peat moss, high quality coco coir such as CocoGro can even be used in flood & drain systems with amazing results (most other brands of coir on the market can only be used in overhead watering systems, such as drip systems or hand watered). An excellent medium by itself, you can also add up to 50% rocks or perlite for a highly effective, inexpensive growing medium. Each individually wrapped 5kg bale expands to make 65-70 liters of media when mixed with 3 gallons of water (approximately 3 cu ft.). Approximate dimensions are 11" x 11" x 7". |
