PPM-1C Carbon Dioxide/CO2 sensor

The PPM-1C is an accurate Carbon Dioxide/CO2 sensor. It measures exact levels of CO2
in your growing area & displays this value from 0 to 5000 PPM on its’ digital readout.
Even though the PPM-1c is not realized until it is connected to one of the three controllers
C.A.P. has designed to work with it.

When the PPM-1c is connected to either the CO2 2, CO2 4 or CGC-1 controller, it
commands the controllers to release or produce more CO2 only when required.
The timers built into the environmental controllers continue to coordinate with the PPM-
1c to give you the precision control not possible with other manufacturers’ CO2 control
systems using only on/off control. The user enters the exact level of CO2 they want to
maintain (usually 1500 PPM) and enters that value directly into the PPM-1c.

The PPM-1c works with any 120 volt CO2 valve or generator that is 120
volt.

proven technology is very accurate at measuring levels of Carbon Dioxide in your growing

Using the PPM-3 is quite simple. Just plug your CO2 device (CO2 valve or generator) into
the “piggyback“ cord and it will automatically maintain the CO2 level that you specify.

The CDMC-7 system functions like the CDMC-6 for CO2 enrichment or
ventilation, but offers the added features of a portable monitor in the
CDM-7001 with dual beam absorption, infrared technology and a LCD
display that shows CO2 PPM and real time temperature.

The CDM-7001 monitor is also equipped with a computer interface to
download CO2 history. Recorded data can be graphed and printed using a
Windows based VG graphing software (not included).

These Green Air Products systems are a breakthrough in CO2 detection and
control. The CDMC-6 system is designed to sample the air and learn the
characteristic of your space, then make adjustments as necessary to ensure a
constant level of CO2.

The CDM-6000 monitor employs a passive infrared sensor which samples
the air once every second and then sends the sample data to the CDDS-2
sequencer.

The CDDS-2 then activates or deactivates your CO2 enrichment or venting
(exhaust) equipment to maintain desired CO2 PPM.

The CDDS-2 uses a sophisticated adaptive algorithm or “Overshoot Protection Logic” to learn the dynamics of the space being
controlled. This allows the systems to avoid dramatic overshoots inherent to set point controllers or timed CO2 enrichment.

These learned parameters are stored in the memory, even when the ‘POWER’ is off, or until you reset the unit. The CDMC-6
system offers a large LCD screen displaying the current CO2 levels in PPM. Set your desired CO2 level,‘Hysteresis’ and ‘Elevation’
to maintain precise levels without guesswork.
The CDMC-6 system can be using for enriching or venting CO2 and incorporates a photosensor to defeat CO2 during dark
periods (Night).

The CO2 2 has two timers that are used to add just the right amount of CO2
without the wasteful "overshoot" that other controllers have.

One timer controls the length of time the CO2 is released and the other
controls how often the CO2 is released. The result is a very efficient method
of controlling CO2.

It also features temperature and humidity controls which will disable CO2
injection if the temperature or humidity levels that you specify are exceeded,
activating an exhaust outlet which can control ventilation equipment (air
conditioner, fan, etc.)

It also has a built in photo controller, which disables the CO2 function when
the lights are off. The CO2 2 can be converted to PPM level accuracy with
the addition of the PPM-1c CO2 sensor.

Rated for 15 amps @ 120 volts.

CO2 is needed by plants for proper growth. CO2 can be added by burning propane or natural gas - cheaper and easier to
obtain than bottled CO2. The Gas Pro uses faster, more reliable, more efficient, electronic spark ignition. When the Gas Pro
is turned on, spark and pilot gas start. When the pilot is lit, spark stops and main gas turns on and is lit by pilot. When the Gas
Pro turns off, all gas turns off. Spark is better than standing/continuous pilot - they must be manually lit, burn all the time, and
waste gas. Spark is faster and more reliable than a glow plug - no time needed for glow plug to heat up, spark ignites
immediately. Both Propane and Natural Gas models available. Each have two sizes - a six burner and a twelve burner.
The Propane model includes a regulator for connection to a propane tank. Gas hose (20 ft.) included with all models. Strong
18 gauge steel enclosure - powder coated for heat and rust resistance. Heat exchanger allows forced air cooling if desired. Plug
the 120 volt power supply (included) into a controller or timer.

Alternatively, the Gas Pro allows easy connection of a CO2 400 controller. Just plug CO2 400’s 10 ft. cable into the connector
on the side of Gas Pro. Extension cable available. No separate power supply needed - it draws power from the Gas Pro.
