IGS-061 CO2 Control w High Temp Shut Off Function The iGS-061 will perform CO2 enrichment during the day only (when light is sensed by the photocell). The enrichment starts when the CO2 concentration falls below the set point minus the differential. (i.e. Set point = 1200 ppm Differential = 150, CO2 enrichment starts below 1050 ppm and stops beyond 1350 ppm). The differential modifies itself until the controller senses no more overshooting or undershooting of user set point. Fixed differential values can also be set for more specific needs. As a safety feature, the high temperature shut off function will inhibit operation while temperature is over the user setting. This interruption is maintained until temperature falls below the user high temp setting. To inhibit this feature, simply set the limit to its highest value. The controller can also be set to vent (extract) CO2. In this case, the high temp shut off feature becomes a low temp shut off limit to prevent excessive cooling conditions. |

Other functions such as supplemental CO2 and hydroponic pumps are also coordinated with the time clock. Two of the outlets on the CGC-1 are for your exhaust fans or air conditioner. A built-in thermostat and humistat handle the growing area's temperature and humidity control functions. The two pump outlets allow water pumps to be controlled by the built in Adjustable Recycling Timer. A selector switch allows you to determine if the hydroponic pumps are to cycle only when the lights are ON or 24 hours a day. An auxiliary NIGHT outlet is activated when the lights are turned off. Perfect for controlling humidity at night using a dehumidifier or for a separate heater. Supplemental CO2 is coordinated to work with your exhaust fan's temperature and humidity control functions. When the exhaust fans are running, the CO2 outlet is disabled to conserve CO2. Two standard built in timers control your CO2 valve or generator. In addition to all the features of the CO2 2, the CO2 4 adds two additional internal timers. The "Overall Cycle timer" allows the user to decide how long the supplemental CO2 is kept in the growing area prior to being exhausted. When the "Overall Cycle" time expires, the CO2 4 turns ON the exhaust outlets and enables the "Exhaust Cycle Timer", which controls the amount of time the exhaust fans will run. When complete, the cycle is reset and the CO2 cycle starts again. The CO2 4 can also be used with the PPM-1c sensor for unequalled Parts-Per-Million performance. |
